Registration & Instructions for Competitors
Every competitor should have their quartet admin or chorus manager complete the contest entry at members.barbershop.org. Each competitor must be a member of the Barbershop Harmony Society and current on their dues. Each quartet must be registered with BHS (standard package minimum) and current on their dues at the time of the contest. Each chorus must be current for all members crossing the stage. Contest entry is open from August 5th to September 22nd.
Every competitor should purchase a registration for the convention, $58 (plus fees) Early Bird until midnight September 27th, Full price begins the next day, September 28th, at $68 (plus fees.). Registration can be purchased through EventBrite at BUY YOUR CONTESTANT REGISTRATION HERE. A paper registration form can be DOWNLOADED here.
Every contestant should make arrangements for their hotel at our Southeastern Harmony District hotel (below).

The district is proud to offer an event t-shirt for our Fall Convention at Gadsden City High School. You can order from sizes XS - 5X for $30 (plus EventBrite transaction fee). The shirt is listed as an Add-On at the Ticket Order link.
